DBpedia is the manifestation of Linked Data on the web; it is the largest Linked Data collection worldwide. DBpedia can be seen as the public data infrastructure. It automatically retrieves information from Wikipedia pages and represents those in a structured way in the form of Linked Data. The English version alone describes 4.58 million "things" including persons, places, events, works and the like.
Linking your data to DBpedia means your data is enriched with complementary and related information which can be semantically queried by humans and computers (applications). Metamatter is a full member of DBpedia and administrator of the Dutch DBpedia chapter. We are up to date with the latest developments and we are well capable of linking your data with data in DBpedia.
